Technologies
Aluminum die-cast cabinet.
It is used as rental equipment for concerts, presentations and other events. Light weight, convenient mounting and switching via PowerCON allow you to quickly assemble a screen of any shape. Protected on all sides IP 65-67. Service front and back. A self-supporting cabinet of this type, thanks to reinforced inter-cabinet locks, allows you to install a screen with a height of more than 10 meters on a suspended basis without bulky structures.
Moisture resistant frontopen cabinet.
The ideal solution for media signage and screens no taller than 1.5m. Fully sealed from all sides according to IP65 technology. Possibility of installation on any surface without a complex design and the need for rear maintenance. To replace modules and power supplies, the interior of the cabinet is accessed from the front. The cabinet opens with a special key, which ensures the safety of equipment.
Moisture resistant steel cabinet.
Mainly used for stationary screens. Although it can be used in the rental industry. Screen maintenance is accessed from the back through the service door using a special key. The main advantage of this technology is that cabinets are mounted directly on a metal frame and do not require additional decorative sheathing and sealing. The cabinet has a high degree of protection - IP 65.
Simple steel cabinet.
The most common solution for stationary screens. Thanks to the open back, the weight of the screen is reduced, there is no need for additional cooling. This significantly reduces its cost and energy consumption. It is mainly used to install advertising video boards and on building facades. The front part is completely sealed - IP65, the back side of the screen must be covered with sealed panels.
Magnetic mounts.
The most budget option for an outdoor screen. The modules are attached using special magnetic mounts to a supporting metal frame sheathed with an aluminum frame. The space between the modules and the frame is sealed with a silicone gasket. It is not recommended to use this technology on screens with a total area of more than 10 m2 or a height of more than 2 m. The main area of use is media signs, small advertising screens, media city lights. The absence of a silicone gasket reduces the degree of protection to IP54.
Cabinet with front modules.
In this version, individual LED modules are attached to the cabinet not from the back, but from the front, using special screws that are located between the LEDs. The front modules can be used in any type of cabinet (moisture-resistant, plain, aluminum) using a special silicone gasket, which ensures complete tightness with a degree of protection up to IP67. The possibility of frontal access allows you to reduce the thickness of the screen and abandon the complex metal frame.
