Screens for gas stations P-8

This project is quite complex from an engineering point of view and is unique in its own way. The entire structure was designed and manufactured specifically for this gas station. The competitive task involved the use of modules with magnetic fasteners, but we could not afford to use this fastening technology. Magnets do not provide a tight tight fit and this can lead to a short circuit at the gas station. PIXEL-MEDIA designers have developed a special steel cabinet with a magnet mount. During the test tests, we managed to achieve a degree of tightness of IP 65. Another difficulty of the work was the need to dismantle and install the structure at the existing gas station. Accordingly, use without the use of welding work. During the installation, the discrepancy between the drawings of the gas station canopy and the real metal structure of the canopy was revealed and the project had to be changed during the work. For the ultra-precise installation of the screen canopy, surveyors were involved, with the help of a theodolite, each structural element was placed on the technological map in three-dimensional space along the x, y, z axes. The screen was mounted with an error of 1 mm by 70 m in length. Despite all the difficulties we faced during installation, our team coped with the task.
