Testing LED screens
At the final stage of the assembly cycle, products are tested on special stands, where the modules are exposed to environmental factors. This significantly reduces the likelihood of their failure during further operation. Only after that the LED panels are assembled into cabinets. Before sending to the buyer, the finished screen is tested again.
Delivery of LED screens
The main types of indoor and outdoor screens are always available in our Russian warehouse in the form of components. Therefore, it is more than possible to buy an LED screen in Moscow or any other city in Russia. But since all variants of LED screens are not stored in a warehouse, and technologies do not stand still, your individual orders are made at our factory specifically for specific tasks. Delivery of components or finished products from China is carried out in three ways: sea, rail or air delivery, depending on the urgency of the order and its volume. For example, a large volume of large-sized screen elements (cabinets) should be transported by sea in a container. The time in this case is 40 - 50 days. You can buy a LED screen and it will be delivered as soon as possible. Just like in the case of an urgent installation of an LED screen, we will deliver it by air in 7 to 14 days. A compromise option - rail delivery is carried out within 30 days. The cost depends on the method and speed of delivery.
Installation of LED screens
Installation of LED screens is an important stage in preparing the screen for operation. After delivery, the LED screens are tested and the necessary assembly is carried out. The screen is mounted on a metal substructure. Personnel must have sufficient experience to foresee possible problems with the installation of the structure, replace parts damaged during transportation and accurately fulfill the designer's instructions. Our employees have many years of experience in installing LED screens and are able to cope with the installation of the screen at any height and the highest complexity. We comply with labor protection requirements and building codes. Experienced installers have all the necessary permits and have the necessary skills - from welding to assembling electrical equipment. After installation, our electricians will connect the screen, and the video engineer will set up the content output. The LED screen must be adjusted so that all its functions give optimal values.
Maintenance of LED screens
Our company provides warranty service for LED screens, depending on the terms of the contract, from 1 to 5 years. During this period, all elements that are out of order are replaced free of charge. After the end of the warranty, at the request of the customer, we will continue to service the screen. To do this, we always keep a sufficient number of modules from your batch in our warehouse in order to promptly replace them. In addition, our laboratory will repair any screen, including those not of our production.
