Indoor LED screens
Indoor led screens are designed to work indoors. They do not have high brightness (usually 1000-2500 CD/m2) because they are not exposed to direct sunlight. They also don't have a high degree of protection. Indoor LED screens are located near the human eye, so they need other indicators of image quality: resolution, refresh rate, and the number of color gradations. PIXEL-MEDIA produces indoor LED screens with pixel pitch (distance between diodes) from 5 mm to 1 mm. The smaller the pixel pitch, the higher the resolution and, accordingly, the better the picture quality. The price of indoor LED screens depends on the configuration: cabinet type, diode type and chips. We use the most advanced manufacturer NATIONSTAR LEDs and IC-MBI control chips. Indoor led screens are used for advertising inside shopping centers, decoration of entertainment venues and clubs, for concerts and presentations, as well as stage decorations. Indoor LED screens with small pixels can be used instead of the usual plasmas, video walls or projectors. The cost of indoor LED screens, thanks to new technologies, is decreasing every year and is already comparable to a TV of a comparable area. The new high-precision SAMSUNG machines allowed our company to launch the production of a series of high-resolution screens with a pixel pitch of 1.25 to 3 mm. At the moment, there are no screens of the best characteristics on the Russian market. Among manufacturers, this is considered an important indicator of the level, as it requires sophisticated equipment.
Technologies
Aluminum die-cast cabinet.
Used as rental equipment for events, concerts and presentations. Light weight, simple locks and switching via PowerCON, allows you to quickly assemble screens of various shapes. Service front and back. It is not moisture resistant. This cabinet is a self-supporting structure and allows you to install a screen on a suspended basis with a height of more than 5 meters, thanks to reinforced inter-cabinet locks.
Aluminum die-cast reinforced cabinet.
Also used as rental equipment for events, concerts and presentations. Thanks to special additional stiffening ribs and more durable inter-cabinet locks, it can withstand heavy loads. This allows you to install a screen more than 10 meters high without the use of special structures on a suspended basis. The screen is also easily assembled and switched through special connectors.
Simple steel cabinet.
This type of cabinet is used to install fixed screens. The back side remains open. This simplifies the installation of the video wall panel and also reduces the weight of the screen. In addition, this type of cabinet does not require additional cooling. All this significantly reduces its cost and energy consumption. In this design of the cabinet, it is easier to rebuild a perfectly flat surface of the finished product.
Magnetic mounts.
LED modules are placed with the help of special magnetic mounts on a supporting metal frame sheathed with an aluminum decorative frame or composite. This allows you to achieve the minimum thickness of the screen and place it directly on the wall surface. The technology is ideal for interior design and seamless video walls. Magnetic fasteners provide fixation of the module, however, if necessary, it can be removed from the front side and gain access to power supplies and controllers.
Front magnetic cabinets.
Modules with a built-in magnetic mount are installed from the front on any type of cabinet (simple, cast aluminum). Magnets go into the seats intended for this. The module is dismantled from the front side with a special vacuum tool. This is the main advantage of this technology. It allows you to install the screen directly on the wall without space on the rear side and reduce the thickness of the screen to 50mm.
