Typically, the modules used in the assembly of LED screens are rectangular in shape. PIXEL-MEDIA can produce custom-shaped modules for both indoor and outdoor use. Under them, printed circuit boards are made that repeat the required size and shape. From these elements, complex two-dimensional and three-dimensional geometric shapes can be assembled: balls, cubes, rhombuses, arches, and even human faces. A 3D model of the installation is first created, then divided into elements, the exact drawings of which are sent to production.

Our latest development is flexible modules with a thickness of 1mm. With their help, you can turn columns or other rounded architectural details into screens. These modules are placed on surfaces using magnets on a metal base.

For the installation of screens of non-standard shape, special cabinets are required that allow you to assemble complex structures. For example, cabinets with beveled ends make it possible to make screens of a curved, convex shape. From hexagonal cabinets, honeycomb screens can be assembled.
